 Eric O'Neill

The founder of Outsourcing Advantage, Eric O'Neill, has a 15-year experience in software development, mainly with software publishers in France and in the United States. For more than 10 years, he has managed software development teams in many different countries including Belarus, Brazil, China, India, Lebanon, Morocco, Romania, Tunisia, Ukraine and Vietnam. He also managed multi-site development teams with large projects. He worked with high-level responsibilities (vice president of R&D, Chief Technology Officer) with leading software publishers in France, such as XRT (financial software), Kyriba (ASP financial software), Multilog (database management systems), Prologue, Harry Software, etc.

In addition to numerous projects of various sizes that were managed offsite, he recently managed a project representing more than 100 man-years that was realized from scratch at remote sites in 18 months that led to very successful results. He also has experience with very small projects, technical layer management, etc. He keeps up-to-date with the latest technologies and technical trends.
