We are deeply involved in all the phases of your project and we have sufficient control to fix the issues that we can guarantee the outcome of the project. This is of course the type of consulting we prefer to provide. When you feel comfortable with the offshore operations, you can decide to transfer our services to your company at a pace that is comfortable for you.

 Periodical checks

We participated to the setting up of your project and we periodically check the progress of your project with punctual consulting missions to fix the weak points and train people when necessary.

 Training

We ensure the training of some members of your team and, maybe, of your offshore team. You want us to transfer to you our knowledge about offshore management. These services can be renewed when necessary, for example when you reach a new phase of your project.

 Project set up

We initialize the project with you, including the main contractual aspects and we stop our services. You estimate that you are perfectly capable of managing the offshore project by yourself.
