Belsoft NPP, Inc is an IT holding company located in Belarus. The Company is headquartered in Minsk City, the capital of Belarus.

The company started its operations in 1992.

Minsk, Belarus (ou Biélorussie)
Minsk is one of the five largest university centers in ex USSR, along with Moscow, Kiev, Saint Petersburg and Novosibirsk. The Belarusian State University along with other leading universities are still producing the best engineers with high-level and up-to-date technologies and education.
As many countries that came out of communism, the basic infrastructures and mentalities of the country are not ready to compete with western countries. Contracts with western countries are the most desired for the offshore companies.
Location
Belarus is located in Eastern Europe, between Ukraine, Poland and Russia. Ukraine is in GMT+0200 time zone, which enables convenient communication with European customers.
With a stable government and poor economical conditions, Minsk is one of the best candidate for offshore developments. The Belarusian government created laws to promote the offshore development business in Belarus, creating special conditions for companies.
The majority of software development companies today are located in the capital city of Minsk. With one hour time difference with Paris (+ 1 hour), and approximately three hours by plane from Roissy CDG (Paris), Minsk is very comfortably located to be able to make quick trips and ensure the full productivity of the team.
